(vi) a panel recovery of rs 500 per shift per operator shall be recovered in addition no payment for the shft in case of operator found absent from the duty. |

The AMC will cover following works related to the lift (a)All the lift parts which get damaged during the operation will be repaired /replaced during this period from the OEM. (b) AMC willcover routine service of the lift once a month by oiling, cl;eaning, dusting greasing, checking all all the electrical and mechanical parts and all the service as sheduled and required by OEM for the lifts(c). The contractor shall enter into MOU with the OEM for the provision of further maintenance post warranty / defect liability period . (d)Any type of complaints in the lift shall be attended within time as specified in PS.(e) MOU between contractor and OEM shall be submitted at least six months prior to the issue of completion certificate of the main contract.(f) Penalty for not atttending complaints as specified in PS. |
