| 1 | Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33 KV XLPE medium voltage covered cable having AAAC conductor, conforming IEC 61232 of size 1 corex99 sqmmx3run consisting of all accessories such as HT polymer insulators with provision of appropriate earthing system, suspension clamp, anchor clamp (Dead end), cable end cap, suitable tapping arrangement etc complete as per site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall submit the design details alongwith sag calculation etc for approval by Accepting Officer before commencement of work.(b) Successful commissioning of the entire system shall be respnsibility of the contractor. Cost of all items required for sucessful commissioning shall have deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(c) Permission from NHAI during laying/fixing of cable for road crossing and area cleaning from bushes is the entire responsibility of the contractor and cost of the same shall have demmed to be included in unit quoted rate. |

| 4 | Supply and erection of Four Pole Structure with Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified of type 410 SP–64, 12.00m long including Anti Climbing Device, Cross Arms etc. complete all specified and as directed.Note: Apart from above cost of the following shall also deemed to be included in quoted rate: (a) Cost of excavation for foundation of each pole of size 0.9mx0.9mx1.8m and and removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where as indicated.(b) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in lean concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x0.15m.(c) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x1.65m.(d) PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping concrete laid around pole of size 0.9x0.9x0.45m and finish the surface even and fair.(e) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and poles embedded in concrete shall be treated with tarring and sanding. |

| 6 | Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 64 (Overall length 12.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. | 8 | Supply and fixing stay assembly with using 16 mm diameter of stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 all as specified and directed.(Note: loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paidseparately) |
| 9 | Material and labour for HTlightening arrestor with mountings accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for33000 Volts expulsion type complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm diaby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completionset all as specified and as directed.Notes:-(i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department. |
