Engagement of labour for cleaningof roofs by removing plants, grass, bushes, dust, mud, garbage etc from the surface of roof, mumty and side of parapet wall and removal of plants including surface treatment with appropriate chemical to remove roots completelyfrom exterior surface of walls, roof &mumty and removal of un-usable tank (200ltr/300ltr) And turning the usable unused tank upside down all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge up to 6th floor level and disposal of malba,tank to the approved dumping ground. (One number labour for each job)

Providing safai karamchari (five nos) on daily basis for the upkeepment of the DDA vacant flats and Staircase area and other areas of Siraspur housing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of 1 numberfitter forrectification of leakage in water line, submersible pipeline or in anypart of supply lineand incuding necessary tool kits as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge (material shall be supplied by the department), to stop the leakage and wasteage of drinking water.The fitter shall be available on call as and when required at the site of work (delay>1day will cause penality).

Engagement of sewer man and helper to clean GTs, Chambers, Manholes and disposal of malba to the approved dumping ground incl necessary T&P all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge .

Condition:1) All labours required for maintenance of water supply line and sewer line shall be available as and when required, otherwise penalty deemed fit by the engineer-in-charge shall be recovered.2) If labour as required in item no 2,3,4 is not provided as per the direction, penalty twice the rate put to tender shall be recovered in bills.3) Contractor will have to satisfy Engineer-in-charge by submitting relevant documents that minimum wages have been paid to the workers.4) Agency has to quote rate as per minimum wages of GNCT or Central Government which ever is higher + GST otherwise same will be summeraly rejected.5)The contractor shall deployITI qualifiedfitter/plumber in item no. 3 with minimum experience of 3 year in same field.
