| 1 | Labour charges for cleaning the existing sunshade tops, roof terraces, canopy / sunshade tops in staircases by removing the unwanted materials, debris and dry leaves etc., including removing the vegetation growth along with roots, applying suitable chemicals, plugging the holes using CM 1:3, collecting and disposing the waste materials by suitable means at places shown within 2 KM lead etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cleaning the common roof terrace, roof of OHT & canopy/sunshades in staircase area. 2) The work shall be carried out minimum three times per year or as and when required as directed by EIC. 3) All labours deployed for cleaning shall strictly follow the safety rules and wear PPE. |

Note:- 1) The work shall be carried out minimum one time per year or as and when required as directed by EIC.2) All labours deployed for cleaning shall strictly follow the safety rules and wear PPE. |

| 9 | Labour charges for cleaning the internal area of following type of vacant quarters by brooming down cobwebs, removing the dust, waste materials including cleaning, sweeping, washing the entire floor area using washing powder and soap oil etc., cleaning the ceramic wares using cleaning acid and including cleaning the front and rear side of Ground floor quarters, collecting the waste materials, conveying by suitable means, disposing/ depositing at places shown by department within 2 Km lead, etc.,all complete as directed by Enginee-in-Charge. (Note: Cleaning shall be carried out without causing any damage to existing fittings/ fixtures). |
