Notes:1. The total professional fee inclusive of all expensesand taxes including GST during Conditions Precedent Period and Construction Period as estimated under Column 7 above should not exceed Rs 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores only), else the Financial Bid will be rejected2. The professional fee quoted during Conditions Precdent Period under Column 7 above should not exceedexceed 20% of the maximum total professional fee of Conditions Precedent Period and Construction Period i.e. Rs 40,000,00/- (Rs Fourty Lakhs only), else the Financial Bid will be rejected 3. The total professional fee inclusive of all expensesand taxes including GST during Operation Period as estimated under Column 7 above should not exceed Rs 70,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Lakhs only), else the Financial Bid will be rejected4. The professional fee quoted during Conditions Precdent Period is a lump-sum amount payable in milestone linked installments mentioned under Schedule 1: ToR of the RFP5. The monthly professional fee quoted during Construction Period shall be payable on monthly basis as per the provisions under Schedule 1: ToR of the RFP for the period of 18 months from the date of completion of Conditions Precdent period Or for actual months of Construction Period as the case may be6. The monthly professional fee quoted during Operation Period shall be payable on monthly basis as per the provisions under Schedule 1: ToR of the RFP from the Commercial Operation Date of Project (as mentioned in Concession Agreement), subject to a maximum period of 14 months
