Complete removal of all existing roof treatment from RCC roof including old hussion felt, tiles etcand preparation of surface with wire brush and cleaning with water complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacture\"s instructions surface finished even & fair complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately ).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3L/sqm on roof surfaces. Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface weight not less than 3kg/sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture insteructions complte all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats aluminium paint over bituminous surface of membrane. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1998
