Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing a mezzanine floor with dimensions (L: 5.0m, W: 4.25m, height at: 2.5m), along with a partition system using a double-skin prefabricated wall panel. The wall panels will be made of pre-painted 0.6mm thick GI (Galvanized Iron) sheets, coated with a 50-micron plastic guard on both sides, with PUF as the infill. The PUF will have a density of 40 kg/m³ and the panel thickness will be either 50/80mm, including a 90° D-corner required for the AVS AC control room as per site requirement and detailed technical specification.

Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing of flush-type double-skin doors system with 0.8mm thick powder-coated GI sheets on both sides with 5mm toughened glass view panel (size:400mmx800mm). The internal structure and the door frame will be made of GI sections with a thickness of 1.2mm. The PUF insulation will have a density of 40±2 kg/m³ and the door will be fitted with double 5mm toughened glass windows (size: 400mm x 800mm). The door will also be equipped with stainless steel (SS) hinges and heavy-duty accessories as per site requirements and technical specifications. a. Size:1000mm(W) x 2100mm(H) x 50mm Thick frame,b. Fabrication, supply and installation of a good-quality workstation, tailored to site dimensions, for the smooth functioning of the SCADA system at the AVS AC Control Room, including:1. MS lockers: Enamel-painted 20-gauge MS lockers (size: 78” x 48” with 20 compartments, (Qty: 2 Nos.)2. Aluminum Ladders: Y-Access Aluminum Single-Side Self-Supporting Ladders, 8 feet in size (Qty: 2 Nos.)
