AMC charges for chargers as supplied above including CMS Software and Mobile App with payment gateway network connectivity charges. Payment gateway shall be linked to the Institute account and billing shall be done as per the tariff given. Monthly reconcilation statement shall be submitted. The vendor shall be responsible for payment gateway issues and work with the payment gateway for sorting out any such issues reported by the user. Quarterly payment will be released on pro rata basis upon submission of Monthly reconcilation statement.
