For measurement purposes in respect of those building for which audited periodical services measurement book are available, quantities shall be taken from PSMBs direct and entered in measurement book (IAFW-2261) and in respect of those buiidings for which audited PSMBs are not available, detailed measurements of works shall be taken and entered in measurement book in the usual manner.2. Any fittings or fixtures disturbed or damaged during the progress of work, will either be rectified or replaced by the contractor himself without any delay and at no extra cost to the Govt.3. Prior approval of colour shade/ tint is mandatory from GE (Central) Bangalore before commencement of work.4. The quoted rate aganist various items of above Schedule is deemed tobe inclusive of prepration of surface with Hand held sander / long handle sander, cleaning the wall/ ceiling surface with jet pressure washer, mixing putty with multipurpose mixer, appying Anti fungal paint with Airless spray appliance, and applying distemper & Plastic emulsion with Mechinal means / Auto roller as ordered. Engineer-in-Charge should ensure that Contractor\"s are obtained prior approvalof cleaning & application items before commencement of perodical work. |
