| 53 | M &L For Overhauling of Electric Motor/punps of capacity upto 10 HPincluding Bearing Replacement – The work shall consist of complete dismantling of the motor from its foundation, disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections, opening of end covers, removal of rotor, fan, and terminal box. Dynamic balancing of rotor (if required) to reduce vibration and improve efficiency. Reassembly of motor with correct alignment of rotor, shaft, coupling/pulley, and tightening of all fasteners with proper torque. Final testing and commissioning of motor at site under no-load and load conditions, checking current consumption, temperature rise, vibration, and noise level, ensuring smooth, vibration-free, and efficient operation complete all as specified and directed. |
