1	Attending sewage line/ manholes blockages complaints by cleaning of sewage line/ manholes blockages (including WC, Urinal, Kitchen and bathrooms) systematically using necessary tools mechanical pump and/ or manually such as by rodding, passing rope knots, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure for gas etc) flushing with water the pipe until water clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/ gully traps or WC/ NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage/ roots of tree etc including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from the site of work to outside MD land in closed vehicle and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply of sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) These complaints shall be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed vehicle.
2	Taking out (desilting) silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid/ semi solid state fromthe manholes of depth not exceeding 1.0 m, including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, sludging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/ sludge & deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting inside the manholeand taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to outside MD land in closed vehicle and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as directed.
3	All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for manholes /grease/ gully traps of depth exceeding 1.00 m but not exceeding 2.00 m.
4	All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for manholes of depth exceeding 2.00 m but not exceeding 4.50 m.
5	Cleaning of 100 mm bore blocked Sewage lines in any depth by pressure Jet by using mechanical/ hydraulic pressure using Vehicle type hydraulic methods or modern methods and/ or manually such as by rodding, passing rope knots, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure for gas etc) from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eye or cleaning eye to clean eye until the smooth flow of sewage line is restored including taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc re-fixing manhole cover and removing all materials from the site of work to outside MD land in closed vehicle and depositing in excavated earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed vehicle.
6	All as per item No. 5 here-in-above but 150 mm bore sewage line.
7	All as per item No. 5 here-in-above but 200 mm bore sewage line.
8	Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
9	Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
10	Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.
11	Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.
12	Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
13	Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.
14	Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
15	Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed
16	All same as per serial item No. 15 here-in-above, but 200 mm bore.
17	Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stackingserviceable tiles at site andremoval of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
18	Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
19	Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

22	Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.
23	Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.
24	M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.
25	M&L for preparing surface and filling Moorum / red bajri in road side berms or paving and similar works, laid in thickness not exc 15 cm, spread, levelled and rammed to required gradient and camber including watering complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Measurement shall be taken after compaction.
26	M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling holes 12mm dia upto 300mm deep and 300mm centre to centre and plugging holes in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

33	M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinthbeams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

46	S&F 6 mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre board of minimum size 605 x 605mm fixed to existing frame work with screws as in false ceiling fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions, with & including painting the ceiling board with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade over a coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified & as directed.
47	Material and labour for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description or any other type of treatment over roof slab, parapets, chimney stacks, etc including cement plaster over RCC roof and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing with water, removing of insolvent materials and removing & depositing the debris, rubbish, etc outside MoD land, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm over the cleaned surface and provide 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer/plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer\"s instructions and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement while the cement slurry is still green on RCC roof/parapet, provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm after bedding layer/plaster is cured with water for 7 days & completely dried, provide minimum 4mm thick APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finishing the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: (i) WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as ‘Supply only’. (ii)The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and contractor shall submit a written guarantee of the manufacturer/authorised applicator for the effectiveness of WPT for 10 years from the date of completion of contract. (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.
48	M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut mirror polished Kota stone slab of minimum size 550 x 550mm, laid in floors over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed bed/bedding layer.
49	M&L for machine cut mirror polished Kota stone 15 to 18mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of rendering (as screed bed).
50	M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
51	M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
52	M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6,type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushedstone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall belaid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). 57	M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.
58	M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.
59	M&L for machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. (ii) Colour & design / pattern of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.
60	M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb block (Kerb Stone), factory casted, with plain fair faces, size 10cm x 30cm each or as directed, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, fixed in position to the required line, level and curvature including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified & as directed.Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

144	M&L for comprehensive maintenance and repairs of micro processor based controlled VVV frequency drive, electric driven Lift with ARD, Goods lift of capacity 1000 Kgs. installed at Dwarka Building serving ground plus 2 floors incl examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing and replacement of u/s parts like hooter, fire switches, indication, emergency light, low voltage relay complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of all spare parts and components fitted by KONE will be original parts or components fitted will be of equal quality and functionality as on when required shall be carried out only through authorised service agency of OEM under strict supervision of well experienced and qualified staff.(ii) The make of spares shall be shown as suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer\"s.(iii) The rates deemed to includes for all items which are not considered in schedule but the same is essential for smooth & efficient functioning of the lift costing less then Rs 400/- i.e. fuse, thumbles, connectors etc.(iv) The contractor shall keep all spares reqd for unserviceable spares parts replacedwill be properties of the OEM and also the routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defects it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 1000/- per day will be charged.The decision of GE will be final & binding in this regard.

177	Attending day to day water supply complaints such as no water supply/ low water supply and water leakage from GI tubing/ UPVC (Sch 80) Pipes & fittings/fixtures of 15 mm to 25 mm bore by checking the nature of defects and rectification work to be carried out by replacing requisite materials, testing complete on completion of work, excavating in any type of soil, returning, filling and disposal of surplus soil if any as directed. Notes : (i) Material such as GI tubing/ UPVC (Sch 80) Pipes & fittings, valve, etc and excavation/ earth work required for rectification work shall be measured and paid under relevant items.(ii) Excavation & earth work required for rectification work shall be measured and paid under relevant items.(iii) Minor stores such as washers, taflon tape, small size nuts, bolts, clamps, etc shall be provided by the contractor and cost thereof shall be inclusive in quoted rates. The decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding regarding extent to which the items can be considered as minor.(iv) Requisite T&P and transportation for tradesman to rectify the defects shall be contractor’s responsibility.(v) The contractor / his representative shall collect the complaint slip from MES complaint cell / concerned JE E/M every day at 9.00 AM and deposit the complaint slip duly signed by the users to concerned JE E/M after rectification of complaint.
