| 14 | Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning electrical cubical control panel board(KIOSK TYPE) of size 600x450x550mm Double door, CPRI approved an ISO 9001 factory assembled made out door pedestal type feeder pillar box weather and vermin proof fabricated of 3.0mm CRCA MS sheet of Suitable size,3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt ac 50 Hz complete duly painted, powder coated complete with locking arrangement, earthing terminals with suitable rating aluminium strips for incoming/outgoing MCCB\"s including and Mounting measuring instrument such as Volt meter, Ammeter, Selector switchs, CT\"s -03 Set, Phase indicator lamps with holder , toggle switches and backelite fuse cut outs etc including incoming and outgoing cables connections with suitable cable glands and end termination including grouting of feeder pillar box 60 cm above ground level by providing 105 cm long angle iron size 50x50x6mm welded on all four corner embedded in PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded upto 45cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-charge( Feeder pillar box shall be consisting the following) (a)4 Nos electrolytic aluminium bus bars high conductivity aluminium alloy proper insulated of 1 ½ times of the incoming capacity with provision of extension and mounting on porcelain support(b) MCCBFP 100 amps, 15/16 KA , 415 volts, 50Hz(fixed and thermal type) = 01 No (Incoming)(c) 08 Nos, holes in bottomfor inlet and outlet cable with suitable size of copper cable gland(d)Electric connection between MCCB and Busbar shall be done with aluminium strip links duly colour coded.(e) Digital Panel mounted Amp meter 96 mm square type complete with selector switch complete with suitable size of CT\"s - 01 Set(f) Digital Panel mounted Volt meter 96 mm square type complete with selector switch - 01 NosNote: (i) For all incoming and outgoing cable should be provided suitable size of gland.(ii) Before placing the order drawing of the panel should be approved by the GE. |
| 15 | Note:-(a) Specifications of all items should not be less than the above mentioned specification and quantity.(b) The work to be carried out as per NBC2016 norms and necessary firefighting eqpt also be provided as per Building norms NBC 2016.(c) Specifications of all items should not be less than the above mentioned specification and quantity, if additional quantity and higher specification are required at site the contractor shall be provided the same without any extra cost with the approval of accepting officer. |
