| 7 | M&L for water proofing treatment for roof by applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and harder in 1:3 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying two coats of fiber Reinforced Elastomeric Liquid fiber applied water proofing membrane formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers and reinforcing synthetic fibers liquid applied membrane with consumption of 0.93sqm/ltr (each coat). Second coat should be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely all as specified and directed. Ponding test of the roof surface will be done for 48 hours before and after the roof treatment process to identify the leakage and seepage from the roof surface completeall as specified and directed.Note:-(a) The work under item 03 shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of Manufacturer by using modern techniques. The contractor shall also furnish warrantly of quality, finish work and effectiveness of waterproofing treatment under this item for a period of not less than 7 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warrantly of material for the same period. (b) From the taking down, preparation of the surface, Eng-in-Charge shall approv each and every stage before applying finishing coats. |
