Casting bed, gantry foundation, staking EOT gantry etc. with all materials, machine, concrete, labour, minor t&p, shuttering and centring, running and maintenance cost.(b) Providing and placing of reinforced/prestressed cement concrete in casting of segments in casting yard including centering and shuttering as per drawings and technical specifications including transportation of segments to launching point, its loading and unloading all the way to completion of work.(c) Providing and placing inserts in pier cap for placement of launching girder etc. completed.(d) Temporary column work on abutment cap, well cap for errection of launching of Girder with providing and placing work etc complete.(e) Temporary column work on abutment cap, well cap for dismantling work with providing and placing work etc complete.(f) Erection of launching girder including LG component, temporary stressing with all machines, minor t&p, material, supply of Knuckle assemblies, wire assemblies, macalloy bars, nuts, hydroullics, hoists etc complete which ever necessary.(g) The rate include all the cost of materials, major machinery, minor t&p manpower, consumable, POL, shuttering and centring, running and maintenance cost.3.1 Casting of Segment including all materials, labour & T&P etc. |
