1	Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
2	Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
3	15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1: 4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand). (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
4	Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
5	Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. as per direction of Site-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
6	Brick work with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure and plinth in: as per direction of Site-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
7	Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Site-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
8	Supply & fixing of (50x50x6)mm size M.S. iron angle and T door frame, 40x40x6 mm size angle iron door grated with square bars 8 mm size 7.50 cm c/c as per drowing & M.S. iron Z section 1 inch for ventilatore frame section with glass including hold fast cutting fabricating welding nut bolt, Hings etc. complete, as per direction of Site-in-charge. 9	Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws complete. as per direction of Site-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
10	Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour (two or more coats). (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
11	Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New&Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
12	Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :one or more coats on old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
13	Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
14	Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm, door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of engineer-in-charge(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).
