2.5cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm Graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1:25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4cm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing and any over lapping mortar add the joints of the panels if any and giving than uniform finishing including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 601.
