| 5 | Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. | 6 | Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. |
| 7 | Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed. |
| 8 | Supplying and fixing in position M.S.Channel 100x50x6mm at the edge of loading platform with M.S bolt of 16mm dia of 45 cm long protection to the loading platform finishing in flush with the slab with C.M 1:3 complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with two coats of Anti-Corrosive Metalic Nut Brown colour paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental oficers. |
| 9 | Painting the walls with one coat of ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. |

| 11 | Painting old iron works with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of first class approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. |
| 12 | Dismantling A.C sheet roofing and clearing away and carefully` stacking materials useful for re-use as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 13 | Supplying and roofing with ASBESTOS CEMENT CORRUGATED SHEETS including fixing of ridges, cost of U’ or J’ bolts nuts, bitumen and G.I. washers and cutting the sheet to the required size if necessary and white washing the inner side of the AC sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Corporation officers. |
| 14 | Supplying and fixing FRP sheet roofing of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 17 | COLOUR WASHING two coats over one coat of white washing using best shell lime including cost of gum, Kanjee , brushes colouring pigment approved by the officer and finishing complete complying with standard specification and as directed. |
