| 1 | Supply and planning of hedge shrubbery (Inermi Hedge boundary plantation trees) 1 to 2 feets plants minimum 1 year old including creation of beds by excavating 60cm deep and 60cm wide trenching excavated base to a further depth of 30cm, refilling the excavation earth after breaking of clods and mixing with manure of sludge on the ratio 1:8 (8parts of staked volume of earth after reducing 20% with one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth if necessary and finally fine dressing, levelling etc including removal of surplus earth if any and declared unservicable earth to a distance not excedding 100m and depositing where directed by spreading and levelling at a level not exceeding 1 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.Note : -(i) Distance between two hedge shall not be more than 15cm.(ii) The contractor\"s quoted rate shall be inclusive of excavation, earthwork, manure, sludge, antitermite treatment, pesticide, supply of good earth from outside MD land if not found suitable from the excavated earth, etc. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. |
| 2 | Material and labour for digging holes of 60cm dia and 60cm depth in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts if stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water filling with earth ifnecessary and finally fine dressing, levelling etc including removal of surplus earth if any and declared unservicable earth to a distance not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed by spreading and levelling at a level not exceeding 1 metre above the starting point including anti termite treatment by digging pits 30 cms deep and 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emuslion at the rate of 1.5 ltr per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemical using Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration incluing supplying, stacking and planting of following trees/plant of height 100-110cm in big polybag of size 25cm complete all as specified and directed.(i) The contractor\"s quoted rate shall be inclusive of excavation, earthwork, manure, sludge, antitermite treatment, pesticide, supply of good earth from outside MD land if not found suitable from the excavated earth, etc nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(a) Rose (Different Colour) |

(b) Attendance register shall be maint by contractor and put up to Engr-in-Charge & GE for their inspection. |
