| 1 | SH-I :- SITC of Gas based Fire Suppression System at Coimbatore Airport SiteDesign, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Clean Agent Gas Flooding System for areas specified in the Technical Specifications, complete using Gas Agent as per NFPA 2001.Supply of Cylinder UL listed /FM/VDS/LPCB/CCOE(PESO) Approved, complete with UL/VDS approved valve assembly and arrangement for supervisory switch connection for monitoring cylinder pressure. A pressure gauge with a safety burst disc, electronic control head / Solenoid, pressure operated control, head, flexible hose, strap, NRV and safety cap.Gas - Quantity would be as per the design volume and as per the necessary codal specifications UL/VDS Certifications. Clean agent shall be of FK-5-1-12 Gas flooding System with all cylinders, gas, manifold, Master Cylinder Accessories for above including Electrical Control Head, Discharge Hose and Gas discharge Warning sign, Nozzles including providing, installing, testing and commissioning of Gas Release Panel complete with timer, battery back up, Gas Release/Gas Abort Switch etc complete system as required. item also includes Fire alarm system and supply & laying of Fire survival cable, detector & panels.Note: The Individual system will be provided in specified areas only.The contractor will design the system as per NFPA 2001. The contractor will get the design approved by AAI before execution. Statutory Approvals, if required, will be taken from concerned authorities. The piping design and pressure calculations using manufacturer design software for a given dimension of room duly approved by manufacturer/ distributors shall be submitted prior to starting of the works.(The cost towards refilling of clean agent and replacement of spare parts, if any, towards the real time acceptance testing shall be borne by the contractor and is part of SITC cost.
