| 6 | M&L Vitrified Ceramic Tiles 9-10mm thick (Square/ Rectangular), Double Charged, Light Coloured Shade, area of each Tile not exc. 0.36 Square Metre in Floors, etc. Set in Neat Cement Slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, tiles fixed with spacers to provide an uniform spacing of 3-5mm between the tiles and after setting of screed bed and tiles, removing the spacers and filling the joints with suitable epoxy grout and pointed with grout (as per manufacturer\"s recommendations) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cost of cement screed bed, spacers and epoxy grout shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |
