The thickness of PU foam shall be 60 mm.The panel will be jointed with can lock & tongue and groove arrangement produced on discontinues panel production line. The PUF insulation material in the panel shall have fire retarding and self extinguishing property as per international standard with flammability B1 grade. The material required for manufacturing of panel will be new and will comply with relevant IS as applicable. The PUF insulation material used in the panels should conform to IS 12436-1988. The panel will be of termite proof and Nil water absorption. The manufacturer of PUF panel shall have test certificate /report for fire BS 476 chapter V,VI,VII from CBRI Roorkee for any sample of PUF panel. Each panel should be supplied prepainted with a color coating of 50 microns of architectural polyster on a min. 175 gms/per sqm base of zinc coating on the finished surface for protection against scratches during handling and transportation. .
