Comprehensive maintenance of chillar plant of capacity 3 Nos x 100 TR water cooled screw chiller operating on R-134 A Refrigerant with unit mounted starter panel complete with all accessories, Make - Voltas Model No ACEEWFXR 1001 ML B2-W/C. The Job includes the following scope of work :-(a) Carrying out quarterly inspection of equipment as mentioned above. As a part of Preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with relevent PM check lists and as per schedules that will be prepared upon activation of contract. The salient features in theses check lists are as follows: -(i) Checking the central AC or refrigenration system and equipment such as compressors and their electrical controls on the repective equipment.(ii) Checking the refrigeration system for any leaks.(iii) Checking the electrical and refrigeration control system for operation and adjustments of set valves as necessary.(iv) Lubrication of all necessary points in the system & its components in line with the check lists.(v) Changing of parts (Not whole units such as chiller, control panel, reciprocating compressors, screw compressors, centrifugal compressors, motors, VFD and the like) or repairing or re-calibration as may be necessary.(b) Carrying out :- Once in a year, chemical or manual (Tube brushing) de-scaling of water cooled condensers.(i) Chemical de-scaling will not be done when manual brushing of condenser tubes will suffice this enhances the life of the condenser.(c) Carrying out chemical or manual (Tube brushing) de-scaling of evaporator.(d) Carrying out :- Once in a year testing of lubricant and water.(e) Part and consumables will be provided free of charge in normal circumstances.(f) Handing over of annual report for improvement if any at the termination of CAMC.(g) Attending to breakdown on call within 12 hrs from the time of intimation verbally/ telephonically. If the breakdown is not attended/ rectified on time the penalty of Rs. 1000/hr shall be charged till the time fault is rectified.
