| 5 | M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridge & removing all rubbish/dismantled material outside MD Land all as directed. |
| 7 | S&F Pre-painted Galvalume sheet shall be 0.50mm thick (total coated thickness), 550 Mpa minimum, yield strength. It shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified and shall be fixed using hot dip galvanized, self-drilling and self-tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-charge. |
