Cleaning of inside and out side of the installation and the costthereofshall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.3. Contractor shal Identify andrectify the fault as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4. During entire contract period anydefective componentsto make plant/ machinary fully functional which is not in Sch \"A\",the cost of components and Transportation charges for the same item will not be included in above quoted rate.5. Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as existing at site or as per OEM/ Engineer-in-charge.6. Comprehensive /Periodic maintenance means ensuring optimal functioning of AC plant by the synchronizing levels. 7. The contractor shall provide highly skilled mechanic/Special engineer required for fault during currency of contract period if required. 8. All labour charges for taking out old/items and replacing the same, testing, commissioning, transportation etc which are included in Sch\"A\" deemed to be included in quoted rates. | 143 | M&L for Monthly Cleaning of AHU Filters - Work includes removal of AHU filters of mother and child plant contains 5 Nos AHU (pre-filters, fine filters or bag filters as applicable) thorough cleaning using vacuum cleaner / air pressure washing / wwater jet (depending on type), drying and refitting in proper position. During cleaning, filters shall be checked for damages, clogging or deterioration of media and defective filters shall be reported for replacement Filter holding frames and sealing gaskets shall also be cleaned to prevent dust bypass. | 144 | M&L for Overhauling of Electric Motor / pumps of capacity upto 15 HP including Bearing Replacement - The work shall consist of complete dismantling of the motor from its foundation, disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections, opening of end coverss, removal of rotor, fan and terminal box. Thorough cleaning of all motor parts such as stator, rotor, fan cover and housing using air pressure and solvent / kerosene wash to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease and carbon deposits. Inspection and testing of stator winding for insulation resistance with megger, cleaning. Replacment of work-out bearings with new heavy duty sealed bearings of approved make, ensuring proper seating, lubrication and alignment. Dynamic balancing of rotor (if required)to reduce vibration and improve efficiency. Reassembly of motor with correct alignment of rotor, shaft, coupling / pulley and tightening of all fasteners with proper torque. Final testing and commissioning of motor at site under no-load and load conditions, checking current consumption, temperature rise, vibration and noise level, ensuring smooth, vibration-free and efficent operation all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. |
