S&F POP false ceiling two or more layer (rectangular/ oval/ rounded) decorative design with 12 mm thick glass Sqm fibre reinforced Gypsum ceiling tiles of prima fine fissured micro look white coloured laid over including grid work 600x600mm using Gl powder coated \"T:\" section grid (Silhaute type) as Main \"T 38 X25 mm, cross \"T\" 25x25mm and wall angle 25x25mm grid and 6 mm dia GI suspension wire etc. with and including a coat of 1-2 mm thick POP finish including applying two coats of luster paint over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling including making niches for fans/light, and design approved by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Vertical and horizontal etc. are measured and paid as flat square for payment purpose.Make-Saint-Gobain, Armstrong, Diamond or Equivalent.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

M&L for decorative POP cornices/moulding of pattern as per approved by Engr-in-Charge of cross section area exc. 13 Sqcm and n. exc. 25 Sqcm and fixed including preparation of surface and applying two coats of luster paint over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
