| 12 | Demolition of brick/block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc carefully in balconies etc at any location on any floor (G+3) and removal of all the debris/waste material upto ground level for further disposal under serial items no 14 here is below and including necessary scaffolding and requisite safety measures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) in balconies at any location and any height (G+3) buildings and including necessary scaffolding and requisite safety measures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Removal/disposal of building rubbish debris melba and other unserviceable/waste material obtained from demolition/dismantling out of the campus(MoD land) and depositing at the location approved by local municipality and including necessary scaffolding and requisite safety measures complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Dismantling completely RCC water tanks including covers any capacity on any floor (G+3) carefully and removal of all the debris/waste material upto ground level for further disposal under serial item no 14 above. |
