| 5 | M&L for ESD self levelling flooring (Electro dissipative hygenic flooring) epoxy flooring 2mm system complete all as specified and directed as per following instructions:-(a) Cleaning and priming 0.2 mm with ESD epoxy primer and applicationof self adhesive copper tape of size 20 mm wide having thickness 200 micron making grid of 1 mtr x 1 mtr.(b) Top coat 1.8mm ESD SL self levelling with universal colour shade (Brand : Asian Paints/ approved by MES). |
| 6 | S&F HDPE pipes of size 50mm bore with all fitting; laid in trenches or fixed in walls for mechanical protection of earth strip complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | S&F copper strip of size 25mmx3mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing,etc. including insulators, nut bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | S&F thermoplastic weather proof empty box (IP-65)with plane wall of adequate size, fixed on wall with provision of nuts, bolts, washer, etc. including fixing of test point terminal block inside the box made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw after taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers, made out of copper/brass and 32mm dia GI pipe \"medium grade\" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bars @100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron wiremesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore \"medium grade\", including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
