36	(E) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSER FOR DG SET :- S & F accustic enclosers suitable for 30 KVA capacity diesel generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet 2 mm of required size having doors, insulation sides and top by mineral rock wool conforming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers / outlet ventilation system etc. complete as per manufacturers instruction with wIring pue lighting arrangments duky painted of three coats of delux gloss synthetic enamelled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following:- (i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet of ISMC suitable section, (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel, (iii) Doors fabricatea from MS CRCA 2 mm thick air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks, (iv)Out side cover : Made out of 2 mm thick, (v) Accoustic insulation (side & top) sound proffing mineral rock wool slab thickness 100 mm of density 96Kg/m³ confriming to IS 8183, covered by fire resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommendation. Test report trom original manufacturer to be submitted berore Incorporation in the work authenticity ot material, (vi) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled qlass fIxed type sealed wIth neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel. (F) FOUNDATION :- PCC Foundation M 20 ( or as per manufacturere design ) 450 mm overall height, 300 mm above floor level and 150 mm below floor level of required size. The price of foundation of DG Set is included in quoted rate. (G) FUEL TANK:- One no of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load , tank shall be fitted with incanopy as per manufacturer\"s design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank, (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil, (iii) fuel strainer, (iv) pipe for fuel, (v) air vent
37	NOTE:- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manutacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted (b) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer\"s instruction and cost therof shall be included in the price quoted (c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Engr-in-charge (d) Testing of DG Set shall be done as per relevant IS clause or min 10 hour running with 01 hour with no load, 02 hr with 25% load, 02 hrs with 50% load, 02 hrs with 75% load, 02 hrs with 100% load, 01 hr with 110% load. The required Fuel and artificial load/tools, etc to be included in quoted rates.
38	Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board \"out-door type\" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 600 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI type-tested with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable & 4 side slanting canopy on roof top. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & Aluminium bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting frame made out of 50X50X5 mm angle iron & MC 100 channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork complete all as specified & as directed with & incl the following accessories : (DG DIS PANEL)BUS-BAR & internal connections:- The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos Aluminium 200 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized \"F\" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc.PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incomming & out-going cables.INCOMING :- MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 16 KA of rating 100A - 01 Nos.Item Continued as 11.18

37	NOTE:- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manutacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted (b) Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer\"s instruction and cost therof shall be included in the price quoted (c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Engr-in-charge (d) Testing of DG Set shall be done as per relevant IS clause or min 10 hour running with 01 hour with no load, 02 hr with 25% load, 02 hrs with 50% load, 02 hrs with 75% load, 02 hrs with 100% load, 01 hr with 110% load.
