Note- (i)All electrical fittings mentioned above shall be re-fixed by the contractoras previous and the cost for re-fixing is deemed to be included in the quoted rate, and no extra payment will be made by the department.(ii) Ceiling board will be measured & paid separately |

| 6 | M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashing and junctions of parapets, etc, and surface painting, with layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.70kg/sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per sqm, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc, shall be added to the roof area) and apply APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified . |

| 8 | S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. |
