| 1 | Planning , Designing and Construction of OTM ACCN FOR ENGR REGT KLP (PH-II & PH-III) AT CHANDIMANDIR in EPC MODE including preparation of Detailed Engineering for development of Architectural, Construction and Structural Drawings etc, Structure analysis & design duly vetted from IIT/NIT, Planning, Designing & execution of services i.e Topography survey, Site clearanceand Site Development,internal water supply , Internal electrification work,Plumbing, Road Path and Culverts, External Water supply ,External Electric Supply,Sewage disposal, Area drainage ,Fencing compound wall and steel gate, summer appliances, hot water supply, Laundry plant, Lightening Protection ,Stand by power supply (DG set), Manufacture and supply of Furniture, Credit Schedule as per approved drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including complete Scope of work, terms & conditions, instructions, guidelines etc as given anywhere in the tender documents alongwith all taxes, levies, duties etc as applicable including any fees/charges etc payable to other agencies/deptt complete as per tender documents including defect liability period. The work shallbe executed as per detailed/technical specificationmentioned in tender and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Besides, any other work/ services/utility, which is not included above but ESSENTIAL FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, thesame shall be deemed to be included in this item, Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor. Obtaining all statutory clearances and certifications including any fees payable are included in the scope of work. |
