The salient features in the check list are as follows:-(a) Checking and repair/ maintenance the VRF system of capacity 48x3 HP and equipments such as compressor, indoor/ outdoor fan motors and their electrical controls on the respective equipments.(b) Checking and repair/ maintenance the refrigeration system for any leaks.(c) Checking and repair/ maintenance the electrical and refrigeration system for operation and adjustments of set values as necessary.(d) Lubrications of all necessary points in the system and its components in line with check list.(e) Cleaning of air filter.(f) Inspect and clean control panel of indoor and outdoor unit.(g) Inspect drain pan for any blockage in the deain opening.(h) Changing of parts or calibration of items which are required at the site.(i) Carrying out once external cleaning (Chemical/ with plane water) of condensor coil of outdoor unit.(j) Attending the break down calls. The contractor should respond immediately to the break downs in case of normal wear and tear and get rectified the defective items. (k) Servicing of above mentioned AC plant complete with connected accessories before start of the operation during summer season. Note:- The above comrehensive maintenance of AMC for VRF AC plant should be done by OEM/ authorised by OEM (Voltas) and submit the contract agreement within ten days after work order. |
