| 18 | Removing carefully the AC roofing sheets laid (unbolted) over spray nozzle areas at the top slab of the Main and Auxiliary cooling towers in the Ammonia Complex and stacking the same in the raised flat slab (in the central portion) for enablingother agencies to carry out works in the spray nozzle areas, including replacing the AC sheets in its original position after the works by other agencies. |
| 19 | Forming roofing bolts of the required sizes and shapes to suit the existing sheeting , purlins of structural members out of the straight GI bolts provided for the purpose by the company. |
| 20 | Removing all corroded sheeting bolts and replacing them with new sheetingbolts, nuts, washers etc. for roofs and side cladding works, louvers etc.at all heights including application of roofing compound as required. |
| 21 | Cleaning as required and applying roofing compound at the tip of the existing boltsof the roof / cladding, sheeting works , louvers at all heights including replacing of washers, nuts etc. wherever required. |
| 22 | Cleaning the surfaces of sheeting by dusting, washing etc. and laying tarfelt on the top of AC sheet, AC gutters, roof slab etc, as required after applying the required medium at all heights for arresting water leaks. |
| 23 | Cleaning the valley gutters of all sizes at all heights by removing the accummulated dust,sludge or other materials and depositing the waste collected at placesas pointed out as per directions. |
| 24 | Supplying of bitumen washer 25mm OD x 3mm thickness with holes 8mm dia to suit 8mm dia bolts(flexible type for roofing purposes) |
