Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing 06 mm thick one side decorative wooden ply on wall and wooden plank (Min Size 1\"x1.5\") be fixied in between wall and 6 mm wooden ply for proveding to base and proper levelling of wall surfare. The wooden plank be fixied by using rawl plug/ nails as per rquirment and an other appropriate fixture complete as perdirection of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of waterproof vinyl sheet forflooring with proper lapping on joints as per direction of the enginnering in charge. The vinyl sheet will be in roll and roll widthminimum 2 mtr includingproperties of water proof, electrical resistance, flexiable and durable.
