| 2 | Material and labour for carry out waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface using Nitoproof 600PF - Liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating capable of bridging substrate cracks upto 2 mm. System includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar, curing compound etc., and application of Nitoproof WB Primer, Water dispersible epoxy primer followed by two coats of Nitoproof 600PF coverage @ 2.0 kg/m2 to achieve 1.5 mm WFT in two coats followed by laying of separation layer of 120 gsm non-woven geotextile layer before carry out protection screed etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification. Nitocote 600PF cured material shall be having crack bridging of 2 mm, Elongation (ASTMD 412) – >600 %, Tensile Strength (ASTM D412) –2.5 N/mm2, Recovery from Elongation (ASTM D412) – 95 %, 85% Solid Content, Tear Resistance (ASTM D624) – 15 Kn/m, Shore A Hardness (ASTM D2240) – 60, Water vapour transmission- 0.6 g/m2/hr, Water Permeability @ 5 Bar (BS EN 12390)-Nil, Service Temperature – -40°C to 70°C, Flash Point > 70 °C, Viscosity-60p, Specific Gravity-1.5. The item rate shall be including of all kinds of labour, tools & tackle, machineries, lead & lift, mathadi charges, curing, wastages, consumable, cleaning, shifting of debris outside the site premises, surface preparation, etc. complete as per design, drawing & instructions of EIC. Cost of 120 gsm non-woven geotextile and 75mm Screed concrete Shall be paid separately. |
| 3 | Supply & Laying Geotextiles of 120 Gsm over the waterproofing coating to avoid damage during screed casting complete as per specification and as directed. |
| 4 | Supply & laying of maximum 75 mm thick (at RW outlet) protective screed over the waterproof coating at proportion of (1:2:4) admixed with suitable integral waterproofing compound conforming IS 2645:2003 @ 200ml per bag of cement and reinforced with PP fibres with proper slope towards RW pipes. Green stage saw cutting on the screed will be done in panels (3m X 3m) with a groove size of (10mm X 15mm) Complete as per specification and as directed. |
| 5 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L for 20mm thick (in two layer) plastering on fair face of Brick surface with CM (1:4) mixed with WPC finish surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. |
