The ball bearings are mounted inside specially designed nylon balls. The rubber seat is affixed on 6 mm. thick GI chain. The seats are made with full care so that the child does not fall from it while swinging. | 31 | Terms and Conditions:1. The agency shall regularly inspect & upkeep the equipment in working condition as required.2. Any complaint, as and when it reported, shall be attended to within 3 days, during 03 years maintenance period, failing which a penalty of @ Rs. 2000 per day shall be imposed and recovered from the agency.3. In case the equipment or its parts are stolen during the execution to negligence in maintenance by the agency, the agency shall replace the stolen equipment/parts at its own cost. No payment shall be made for such replacement.4. The performance guarantee of 5% submitted by the agency shall be released only after recording of final completion certificate, i.e. after successful completion of the full 3-year maintenance period.5. The provisional completion shall be recorded by the competent authority separately for: • Replacement & Refurbishment of equipment. • Maintenance of refurbished equipment.However, the final completion certificate shall be recorded by the competent authority after successful completion of the full 3-year maintenance period.6. The security deposit @2.5% of the gross amount of each Running Account (R/A) bill and final bill, deducted until it amounts to security deposit of 2.5% of the tendered amount, shall be released after recording of final completion certificate. (i.e. after successful completion of 3-year maintenance period).7. An amount equal to 50% cost of replaced equipment shall be withheld from each R/A bill, in addition to the security deposit towards warranty. This withheld amount shall be released proportionately, year wise after successful completion of each year of the 3-year maintenance period (including both the free and paid maintenance periods) as mentioned in the table provided below:First Year 10%Second Year 10%Third Year 10%8. The rate Fixation (Purchasing and buy back) are provided in Annexure “A” and are to be complied in for works involving rate fixation, supply, replacement, refurbishment and maintenance of the open gym equipment. |
