Providing total facility management services for Mechanised Housekeeping, sanitation and maintenance including the Health, Civil, plumbing and Electrical activities of TTD Information Center and the S.V. Temple at Bangalore in Karnataka State including common areas and surrounding areas as specified in Annexure for a period of 24 months. Note. The quantities shown are approximate. The actual area / quantities will be measured separately in the presence of the contractor/ representative and will be standardized. The same will be considered for making payment for every month duly deducting the non-attended / adding any additional areas. The above quoted rate is exclusive of GST
