| 1 | Supply, installing, testing and commissioning indoor type, step down transformer, 11 KV/433 volts (at full load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 1000 KVA capacity, core type, copper wound, oil immersed,naturally cooled, oil natural-air natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary dise (LV side) and having tapins at LV + 2.5% + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear mounted on platform The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius. the transformer shall be designed as per IS 2026-2011 & latest losses as per energy efficiency level 3 according toIS 2026-2011& latest losses as per energy eifficency level 3 lates as per IS 1180 (2014) Part-I an, amendment No.4 March 2021 andshall comprise of the following :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with cooper rods, and nuts, bolts & washers complete with three Nos ACSR conductor for coneection from GOD to bushin of transformer. (b) One cble box on secondary side consisting of 03 Nos porceleain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers ith one no cable gland suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 cire 300 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, XLPE heavy duty armored cable including glnd joint and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating beather with first fill of dehydration agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) one no 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature eading indiction with re-setting device. (g) Two earthling terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm galvanized iron earth strips for earthing of body. total amount carried over to collection of schedule \"a\" Part - Xl (h), Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the it\"s cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (Qty - 01 nos.) Note : (i) Necessory platform for mountng of transformer shall be made as per recommendation of OEM and cost of the same is deeemedin the quated rates.(ii) The cost of disconnecting and taking down existing transformer from power hosue to including necessory arrangements such as cutting/expansion of shutter door and cutting of wallfor taking out and depositing the MES yard & including making good to the distrubed surfaces is deemed in the quated rate. (iii) General arrangement diagram of transformer to be approved from GE by contractor. (iv) Pre despatch factrory inspection of transformer shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer prior to despatch from OEM premises, no claim in the regerd shall be borne by the department. |

| 5 | M&L for JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free earthing Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set incl Supply of Eco Friendly weather proof High Density Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. |
