Tightening of nuts and bolts of existing tower from bottom to ultimate height,checking of all nuts and bolts, tightening the nuts which are loose and replacing the damaged nuts, bolts , washers/missing angles all complete as per the directions of the Engineer In Charge.The rate includes the cost of tools and plants required for the operation and testing the verticality and rectifying the tilt within permissible limits as per IS:12843:1989 on atleast two perpendicula faces (Cost of nuts, bolts , washers/angles shall be paid for separately).

40mt high Angular framed Ground Based Tower (BTS Site Mansar)

Providing and fixing to tower missing galvanizedtower members consisting of angles, flats, bars, bolts and nuts i/c washers as per approved drawings, of required sizes i/c provision of hole etc and carriage to the site complete as per directions ofEngineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing to tower, Missing galvanized nuts and bolts including washers as per approved drawings, of required size including carriage to the site, all complete as per directions of Engineer In Charge.

Grouting with GP2 grouting material (Conbextra of fosroc) between the tower base plate & existing RCC column top surface uniformly with trowel as specified in manufacturer specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.6mm thick PP Sheet with nails etc in glazed/ wooden windows / C.S Window

Credit of old unserviceable steel members/ nut and bolts etc received from dismantling works which are not in condition to re use at new site.
