Chipping and removing portions of existing RCC work carefully without damaging the remaining structure and removing the debris at places pointed outwithin a distance of 150M and reclaiming the steel reinforcement and stacking the same at places as per instructions.

Cleaning the exposed surfaces of reinforcement bars embedded in the concrete at different heights with wire brush and applying two coats of epoxy zinc rich primer equivalent to Nitozinc primer as per instruction ( Payment will be made only for the treated surface area of reinforcement bars.)

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company )

Guniting the RCC/masonry structures after chipping the existingsurfaces, removing the scales in the rusted rods , cleaning the surface with air and water under pressure, providing one layer 50 x 50 x 3mm (or nearest) weld mesh fabric as reinforcement and guniting with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and 3 parts of sand) for an average thickness of 40mm includingProviding scaffolding with all necessary materials, levelling the top surfaces ,finishing, curing and all other incidental charges etc. complete. The waste materials should be collected and disposed at places pointed out daily.The cost is inclusive of all materials like sand, weld mesh, hire for compressor gun, fuel/diesel, labour, scaffolding, curing etc. but excluding cost of cement (cement alone will be issued free of cost by the company at our stores.)Utmost care should be taken for controlling the consumption of cement.Recovery at doubel the issue rate will be effected on the cement consumed excess of the approved requirement.

Providinganti corrosivecoatingstothe gunited surfacesatall heights consistingoffirst coatwith\"Pro Epishield Floor Sealer\"&second coat with \"EPILUX 950 SUPER HIBUILD\"of Berger or any other equivalentof approvedqualityandcolour aftercleaning the surface thoroughly by removing-all looseparticles ,dustetc.includingcostof all materialslabourchargesscaffolding,removalofwaste materials etc. Eachcoatshouldhavedistinctivecolour shades to ensurethattheentiresurface is covered undereachcoat .Allowsufficient dryingperiodinbetweencoats as recommendedby the manufacturer.
