Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ofelectromechanical boom barrier, 24VDC brushless motor, suitable road width upto 7mtrs or as per site requirement for intensive applications, high speed with 6 second opening /closing time with Aluminium housing &aluminium boom with rubber protection, reverse on contact, set of switch for manual open and closing of barriers, Photocell sensor based safety device ( Anti Fall Protection ) to avoid closing of the barrier when a Vehicle is crossing the barrier. 100% Duty Cycle (CE / IP 65) and shall be capable to operate manually using a switch etc complete as required.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc .asrequired.

Supply of 4 core 10 Sqmm Al armoured cable for providing power supply to the boom barrier brom the nearest feeder pillar as required at site

Supply of 4 Module MCB enclosure Conforming to EN 60439-3Weatherproof cabinets - IP 65 - IK 09 - Class II Door and cabinet fully reversible Removable chassis and faceplates from 2-row versions up2-position rail for modular products and moulded cases Spacing between rails 150 mm.

Supply of 2 core 1.5 Sq mm Cu cable for providing power supply to the boom barrier from the MCB enclosure box.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
