| 1 | M&L for earthingin replacement with galvanized steel earth plateof size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip length up to 7.5 mtr as earth lead, buried directly in ground protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr belownormal ground level) with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron earth, GI strip of size 32X6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil,earth work,PCC pit,PCC/stone cover,funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal etc.all as required at site for complete earthing complete all as specified. |
| 2 | Material and labour for replacement ofunserviceable existingearthing with bore well earthing in Hard Rock with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150 mm dia, 30 mtr depth with 50mm dia medium GI pipe duly drilled all around 150 mm dia hole at a distance of 200 mm from hole to hole upto min 20 mtr depth of water level includingfixing of 150 mm dia (O.D), UPVCpipe 6 kg/sqcm rating -06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No Incl providing 32x6 mm GI strip from bore well to test point protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade in ground and connected to terminal block,grounding of borewell with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 / Brick masonry pit of size 60x60x45cmcomplete all as specified.Note :- (i) The charge for mechanical boring machine for Boring in Hard rock is deemed to be include in above quoted rate.(ii) UPVC Pipe 150 mm heavy duty, GI Strip 32x6, and protection pipe 40 mm, PCC Work and GI pipe 50mm dia med gradeshall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. |
| 3 | Supply and fixing in replacement of UPVC pipe 150 mm dia pressure 6 kg/sqcm rating for bore well earthing complete all as specified. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing 50mm dia medium grade in incl necessary fittings for lowering in borewell of depth upto 30mtr complete all as specified. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing 40mm dia light grade in incl necessary fittings for protection of GI strip and grouting at roof top in cement concrete to mount the air termination rod complete all as specified. |
| 6 | S&F in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm incl mounting on including PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground depth not less than 60 cm in groundcomplete all as specified. |
| 7 | Taking out carefully existing GI strip of any size including porcelain / PVC insulators from roof/wall/under ground and re-fixing the samein position including provision of new insulators & nut,bolts,screws and proper layout on roof/wall/ at a height upto 1.5 mtr and burried in ground complete all as specified. |
| 8 | M&L For air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long fixed proper on GI pipe/pcc by drilling,nut,bolt etc complete all as specified. |
| 9 | S&F in replacement of aluminum strip of size 25x3.15 mm incl saddles / supporting insulators to run over the Hangar roof for roof conductors and down conductor above ground complete all as specified.Note :- fixing of aluminum strip at high rised building(Upto 13 mtr) will be done by Contractor by providing Extendable wheel laddar or hydra and it is also including in above job work . |
| 10 | Taking out carefully existing aluminum strip of any size includingporcelain / PVC insulatorsfrom roof/wall and refixing the same in position including provision of new insulators & nut,bolts,screws and proper layout on roof/wall at a height upto 13 mtr as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note :- Refixing of aluminum strip at high rised building(Upto 13 mtr) will be done by Contractor by providing Extendable wheel laddar or hydra and it is also including in above job work . |
| 11 | Taking out old unserviceable OPR (Optimized Pulse Rod) and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lightning protection system Early Stremer Emission(ESE) lighening protection Air terminal OPR (Optimized Pulse Rod) complies with NF C-17-102 standards complete all as specified .Note :- Fixing of OPR at high rised building(Upto 13 mtr) will be done by Contractor by providing Extendable wheel laddar or hydra and it is also including in above job work . |
| 12 | Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel pipe of 50 mm dia Incl mounting mast of 2 m height , 30 mm dia fabricated with support structure and guying kit with suitable mounting base plate having provision for fixing of OPR and arragement for down conductor of lighening protection system complete all as specified. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning stroke counter working electro mechanically without any power supply. Equpt should have capacity of counting lighting stroke of 0.015 KA to 100 KA complete all as specified. |
| 14 | Taking out old unserviceable cable and Supply and laying of 70 sqmm single core flexible copper cable as down conductor from air terminal to the earth test link installed on the wall of the building 2 mtrs above from the ground including mounting accessories and clamps with suitable fixing material complete all as specified. |
| 15 | Supply and fixing in replacement test point terninal block made of gun metal or phasphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw fixed on wall complete all as specified. |
| 16 | M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of GI pipe at roof top with form work and Brick masonry pit for bore well as required complete all as specified. |
| 17 | M&L for earth identification board made out of MS Sheet of size 300x300x6mm and fixed with angle iron 40x40x5mm, 90cm long grouting 45 cm depth in ground by PCC 1:3:6 of minimum size 30cmx30cmx20cmm duly board painted with black enamelled paint as background and write the descreption of earthing No, results with white enamelled paint complete all as specified. |
