| 1 | Daily assistance for Repair and Maintenance of items (wooden/Aluminum/Steel) such as doors, windows, door closuers, locks, glass pans, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes, etc. and any other similar nature of repairs and day to day maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, making and fixing carpentary items with the materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge includingall tools and tackles, etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature. |
| 2 | Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance ofPlumbing and sanitary items such as concealed /exposed Gl pipe joints, push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushing cisterns and accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc. to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar type of repairs and maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature. |
| 3 | Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of masonary items such as repairs to plaster, pointing, minor repairs path ways, drains, masonry walls, brick works, tree guards/gaddi etc. to keep it in good conditions, fixing of fan hooks, clamps etc. and any other similar type of repair/maintenance and minor construction works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge includingtoolsand tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature. |
| 4 | Daily assistance for various welding jobs like replacement and welding of door/windows hinges, welding of guard bars, fabrication of windows /ventilators etc. or any other similar type of repair/maintenance/ minor fabrication works as assigned and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Daily assistance for Data Operating and store handling jobs and any other similar type of office works assigned by the engineer from time to time. |
| 6 | Daily assistance for various painting jobs like White washing, Distempering on old/New surface, synthetic enamel paint on wood/steel work, French spirit polish & Malemine polish on wood surface including Letter writting etc. or any other similar type of work as assigned and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Daily assistance required to assist to successfully carry out the above works as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and stacking of OPC grade 43 cement confirming to IS 269 (latest) in 50 Kg HDPE bags as required for above mentioned maintenance jobs & mainitaining inventory in civil office as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. |
| 9 | Supply & depositing synthetic wood adhesive pidilite fevicol (in 1 Kg pack)for carpentry work as required for above mentioned maintenance jobs as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. Also Labour required for gluing work will be provided under above relevant items. |
| 10 | Supply & depositing Pin/Push type (as directed by EIC) Caster Wheels for Office Chair, capacity of minimum 100 Kg as per required pattern to replace the damaged wheel as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. Also Labour required for replacement of damaged wheel will be provided under above relevant items. |
