| 1 | Repair/ maintenance of of Addressible/Non addressible type/conventional auto dialer fire alarm system complete type at Akash missilebuilding single or multi stories having Heat/smoke/flame detectors and accessoriescontroled through one or more control panels of any loop for functiong of the purpose installed with all accessories, such as MCP, Hooter, detectors etc for finding out defects if any or its serviceability complete all as specified and directed. The maintenace schedule shall cover 01 preventive maintenance schedule and unlimited breakdown call by a qualified technician as aproved by GE. The spare parts required will be measured and paid seperately. No of panels - 02 , No of detectors - 70Note :(i) The Maintenance includes disconnecting of all uncleaned / dirty smoke detector from roof and make it to be cleaned with wet/dry cotton cloths , making the detectors dry and fix/connect the same and make it functionable, replacement of old unserviceable spares. (ii) The Maintenance includes checking of all disconnected circuit / wire of all the smoke detectors with the fire alarm control panel and reconnect the same and make it functionable.(iii)The maintenance includesTesting of fire alarm system as per relevant IS in the presence of the user and Engr-in-charge is deemend to be included in the quoted rate. The unserviceability issued of fire alarm system shall be attended with in 72 hours failing which a sum of Rs 2500/- per day shall be recoverd from the contractor(iv) Required spares shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.(v) A register shall be maintained by the contractor for each visit and kept in record duly signed by user and JE/ Engr-in-Charge. |
