Note: (i)The building walls have been constructed with Brick work & Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structural elements like Columns, Beam, Sunshade, Staircase etc., the building is provided with wooden doors, windows, ventilators, rolling shutters, with electrical, water supply, sanitary fittings etc., (ii) The drawing attached with the tender document is indicative,the Firms are advised to inspect the site before submitting their tender to gain a complete understanding and the scope of work.(iii)Entry of labours, vehicles and equipment’s inside the green gate is regulated through passes and the agencies who awarded the work shall get passes at his cost required for entry inside the green gate. (iv) Only the H1 rate offered by the eligible bidder will be considered .

Dismantling the damaged Service Station Building at Additional Berth inside Custom Bound area of size 47.46m x 15.23m consists of two floors of height 5.33m and 4.15m with a parapet wall of 0.75m and a cabin of height 2.5m. The building constructed with framed structure with RCC roof and dispose the debris/waste materials at the location outside custom bound area within a lead of 5 Km as shown by the departmental officers. The contractor has to quote the net amount to remit with Port considering the dismantling and disposing of debris/waste materials and salvageable value of usable materials to be taken out by him such as damaged Steel, Windows, Ventilators, Wooden Doors, Electrical fittings, water supply materials and sanitary fittings etc., provided in the building as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling the damaged Warehouse Office Building outside the custom bound area of size 14.95m x 13.35m consists of two floors of height 7m with a parapet wall of 0.75m. The building constructed with framed structure with RCC roof at VOC Port and dispose the debris/waste materials at the location outside custom bound area within a lead of 5 Km as shown by the departmental officers. The contractor has to quote the net amount to remit with Port considering the dismantling and disposing of debris/waste materials and salvageable value of usable materials to be taken out by him such as damaged Steel, Windows, Ventilators, Wooden Doors, Electrical Fittings, Water Supply materials and sanitary fittings etc., provided in the building as directed by the departmental officer.

Dismantling the damaged Warehouse (TNWHC No:12) outside custom bound area of size 36.90m x 28.80m consist of RCC Column with MS angle Truss and AC sheetroofing provided on steel trusses at VOC Port and dispose the debris/waste materials at the location outside custom bound area within a lead of 5 Km as shown by the departmental officers. The contractor has to quote the net amount to remit with Port considering the dismantling and disposing of debris/waste materials and salvageable value of usable materials to be taken out by him such as damaged Steel, Windows, Ventilators, Wooden Doors, Electrical Fittings, Water Supply materials and sanitary fittings etc., provided in the building as directed by the departmental officer.
