Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture : new work (two or more coats)

Supplying and stacking M.P Roofing tile including cost and conveyance charge etc. complete

Supplying and stacking M.P Ridge tile including cost and conveyance charge etc. complete

Roofing with existing MP tiles including labour charges etc. complete.

Setting M.P. hip and ridge tiles set in lime mortar 1:2 including finishing edges including all cost of materials labour charges and conveyance charges etc. complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, 35 mm thick shutters including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineerin - charge.using Anjili/ Jack wood

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
