| 1 | SH: I -Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Automatic Gas Suppression System comprising PESO approved clean agent cylinder(s) (42 bar or above) complete as per minimum materials and accessories as per SCC page no. 147 & 148 and Technical Specifications with UL/VdS approved valve assembly, supervisory switch for pressure monitoring, pressure gauge with burst disc, electronic/solenoid control head, pressure operated control head, safety cap, flexible hose, NRV, pressure switch and mounting strap; required nos. of UL/VdS listed nozzles, complete piping network and manifold designed with OEM’s UL/VdS approved software for room dimensions and pressure calculations; gas release control panel with abort and manual release stations; smoke detection system, MS pipe; 2C x 1.5 sqmm FRLS cabling, batteries and accessories; filling of clean agent FK-5-1-12 gas (zero ODP, colourless, odourless) at UL/VdS approved filling stations; including submission of OEM-approved cylinder sizing, nozzle layout, piping design and pressure calculations prior to installation – complete as required for protection of rooms of given volumes (including spaces above and below false ceiling wherever applicable). All rooms shall have independent system. 100% reserve cylinders shall be considered for equipment room of ATC building only. |
