True online double conversion(VF) as per (IEC 62040-3) UPS using PWM IGBT technology 3 phase input and 3 phase 400 v output UPS Systemalong with Isolation transformers of 150 KVA and Disrtubution LT Panell / Parallel operation of the UPS along with 12V ,40Nos 150 AH Battery Bank , IOT Based Monitoring Unit and Preventive maintenance consisting of the following scheduled list of activities for keeps the UPS in good working orderto prevent failures and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 2 | (a) Perform visual checks and operationaltests of all UPS equipment and associated switchgear.(b) Review maintenance logs and log all alarm operations and output(c) Complete a functional checkout and test( ideal, load, by pass ) of the UPS diagnostic systems.(d) Check environment, temperature, dust, moisture, room vents, etc.(e) Clean and tighten all power connections at the input and output terminals, at all circuit breakers, and at the terminal posts and fuses on the rectifier and inverter legs. During the inspection, check all power cabling for abrasions and burn spots. Thermal Scanner / heat emmisionchecking of allcomponentsand Acessories of complete UPSsysyetm for signs of overheating, swelling, leaking, etc..along withVisually check printed circuit board alignments.(f) Replace air filters at regular intervals. Site conditions will determine how often the filters should be replaced, but generally, they will need to be replaced at least every 6 months in clean environments. If more frequent replacement is required, the cleanliness of the environment should be upgraded.(g) Check and calibrate each system, switchgear and circuit breakers, meters, and alarm levels for frequency, voltage, current, transfer, trip, alarm, etc.(h) Perform system and component functional tests on UPS equipment to insure proper functioning within specified parameters.(l) Run all UPS system diagnostics, and correct all diagnosed problems.(m) Resolve any previous outstanding problems, review operation with user personnel, and report any power enhancement or equipment operation recommended changes.(n) Replace control batteries as required. If the control batteries have been used without inverter or bypass AC power,(o) Opening of all doors, drawers, and covers. Perform a thorough inspection of all cabinets for foreign objects. Perform a thorough dusting and vacuuming of all cabinet interiors. Use only rubber or plastic vacuum attachments to clean drawers and cabinets. Except for vacuuming, never attempt to clean the UPS subassemblies. The exterior panels can be cleaned with a mild cleaning solution. Transparent panels should be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution only. Restore all doors and covers to their secured condition. |
| 3 | (p) Off-line load test the UPS system to ensure that the system is completely functional.(q) Restoring of the UPS to service as per the manufacturer’s recommended start-up procedures. the service Engineer/ Contractorshall ensure that no damage to the UPS equipment or shutdown will occur because of inrush currents.(r). Contractor Shall be reponsible for 100% working of the UPS and its associated acessories for period of 40 Days after carring out the scheduled maintance. If Any Break down Malfunction of the UPS occurs it will be rectified by the Contractorfree of cost through the authorised OEM in a sipulated period of 12 hrs, failing so to restore the UPS shall recover an amount of 25000/- per every 12 Hrs.NOTES:-(i) The contractor shall maintain the UPS as per Shedule includingsunday & all national /local holidays failing so to carry out preventive maintance inthe stipulated time shall recover an amount of 25000/- (ii) The rate quoted Includes the cost oflabour , installation and testing of all 100% parts of the UPS and spares like replacement of electrical , fuses, control & Power transformers (if applicable), Dust filters, indicating lamps; however repairing of above components will be part of Scope. And Spares other than the mentioned shall be measured and paid sepertely under relevent Items(iii) Replacement of Defective Battries and Defective Spares ofIOT Based Monitoring shall be the resposibility of MES as they are under Warrenty Period.(iv) Monthly check carried out as per monthly check performa duly approved by the accepting officer/ as per the OEM (v) Contractor have submit maintenace report duly signed by OEM and USER nad Eng-in Charge for each UPS separately before submitting the RAR(vi) Equipment use for testing purpose must be calibrated and bidder should produce calibration certificate before start the test. (vii) Authorised OEM / Service Engineer must have minimum 3 years of past experience of testing/servicing of the online UPS (viii). The spares provided shall be ofIEC standard. (ix)Due to continuous workingof the Administrative building and continious running plant, servicing and testing of UPS can only be done on weekly off, holidays or after office hours. (x) PRE Permission has to be obtained from the USER before planning of the Schedule to work |
