| 2 | Material & labour in repairs for bore earthing 150mm dia burried by vertical boring machine, depth 75 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled with holes of 12mm dia, 15 cm c/c on both side of the pipe including lowering of GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade in bore well upto the depth of 70 mtr and one meter above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt, charcol dust, copper sulphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The bore well should have 12 meter of length 150mm dia MS pipe 4.8mm wall thickness of protection of bore well, welding of GI strip 50 x 6m on earth electrode, GI pipe 50mm dia upto 10 meter below ground level and 15 meter from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the bore well 60 x 30 x 30 cm, complete all as specified and directed.Note: - If GI strip required more than 35 meters, then length exceeding 35 meters shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 3 | Material & labour in repairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip 32mm x 6 mm, by meansof nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GIprotection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed.NOTE :-The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. | 4 | Material and labour in repairs for single rod chemical earthing, (comprising of one copper rod, chemical earthing), copper electrode of wall thickness 2mm, not less than 3mtrs length, not less than 75mm outer dia, fixing of copper earth electrode by drilling/boring 175mm dia hole, 5mtr deep in any type of strata, placing electrode in hole, return filling excavated soil by mixing min 60 kg GEL per bore and 160 kg soil resistivity improvement (SRIP) compound as per manufacturer instruction, including PCC foundation surrounding pits of size 60 x 60 x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. |
