To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as maybe demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contained in MES schedule subject to contractors %age as given in BOQ.OR (b) At such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 (G) of IAFW-2249Note : (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the Row No 15 and \"6\" column of this BOQ excel sheet by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the SSR Part II (2020) (Rates) .The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted on percentage inserted / quoted by tenderer in 15th row of this BOQ excel sheet .(ii)If 0 (Zero) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net (at par) with SSR.(iii)If no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as blank.(iv)Amount inserted by MES under rate column and the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. The total work orders for various works/services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount.The work/services shall be ordered through work order to be priced at MES Schedule Rates Part II 2020 duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.
