Providing PA system (comprising of minimum accessories like Lead mike- 03 Nos, Colar mike- 03 Nos, Codeless mike- 03 Nos & Podium mike- 01 No), illumination of stage i/c focus lights, illumination of ground for a minimum area of 2500 sqm, tuning light, illumination of welcome gate, side clothing at stage and covering temporary green room for artists with samiana/kanats, illumination of entrance street, generator for electricity backup and providing backdrop flex with ITF logo etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing frame work with wooden battens for welcome gate, stage backdrop, green rooms etc.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS:710 for backdrop, green room excluding all frame work etccomplete.
